🚜🚜🚜 We love our tractor! This beast is a John Deere 820 from 1972, and she works HARD. She's the only tractor we have, and she does it all: mows, cultivates, tills, disks, shapes beds, spreads fertilizer and compost, pulls chicken coops - you name
💮 It doesn't look like much yet, but soon this area will be filled with the pink, white, and red blooms and berries of native shrubs!

🐝 These plants will feed and house the many pollinator species that our farm (and the entire ecosystem) rely on.
🛍️ We love visiting the local farmers market wherever we go! It's always fun to see what the farmers are growing, and inspiring to see different setups and signage. Plus, we love cooking with whatever ingredients are local to wherever we're visiting
🙌 I'm really excited about a few efficiency upgrades this year.

🪏 This is the paperpot transplanter, a Japanese-designed tool that allows us to transplant seedlings grown in long, chain-linked paper pots directly into the ground in a single pass,
🥗 I don't know about y'all but eating is pretty much my favorite thing. There's literally nothing better than eating good food that you made with your own two hands. Bonus points if you grew some of it yourself.
